About Me

I’m Anna — an illustrator, designer, and linocut artist. After graduating with a degree in Product Design in 2018, I was looking for a creative hobby that didn’t happen “just” on a computer. I wanted something hands-on that was still illustrative and graphic — and I already knew linocut from my time at university.

I found my own voice pretty quickly, mostly because I knew exactly what I didn’t want: printing everything in black and white. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with various brands in the linocut world, created my own online course, contributed to a book, and another publication is coming in 2027.

I believe linocut should be accessible and fun. There are many ways to make it work for you — go explore, experiment, and find your own way.

Book Contributions to "Linocut Printmaking"

For the book “Linocut Printmaking”, published in 2025 by UK-based publisher 3DTotal, I created, wrote, and photographed two step-by-step linocut projects.

Pressing Matters Magazine Feature

In 2021, I was invited to contribute to Pressing Matters magazine, where I was featured in a six-page article about my linocut practice — how I got into linocut, what defines my style, and what inspires me.

Cranfield Ambassador

Cranfield Colours is one of my absolute favorite brands in linocut. I had been using and recommending their inks for years before Cranfield reached out to me in 2021 and invited me to become a brand ambassador.

And that hasn’t changed: I still print with Cranfield Colours because I genuinely love their inks — not because I’m an ambassador.

Want to try linocut yourself?

Check out my online course, “Cut by Cut.” I’ll guide you step by step from your first cut to your finished print — no prior linocut experience needed.
